ایک بچہ جس کی عمر تقریباً 16-17 سال ہے جو اپنا نام ارسلان اور ملتان کا رہائشی بتاتا ہے جس کو پولیس تھانہ سیٹلائٹ ٹاؤن کے سب انسپکٹر ادریس سٹار ویلفیئر آرگنائزیشن کے آفس میں پہنچ گئے۔ جہاں پر ارسلان نے بتایا کہ میرے والد نے دوسری شادی کر لی ہے‘ میری سوتیلی ماں مجھے اپنے ساتھ نہیں رکھتی‘ میرے والد محنت مزدوری کیلئے کر اچی میں رہتے ہی‘ ہم ملتان کے رہنے والے ہیں‘ میں جب 9 سال کا تھا کبھی لاہور‘ کبھی راولپنڈی سے پولیس مجھے پکڑ کر اداروں میں داخل کروا دیتی ہے۔ اب میں چاہتا ہوں کہ میرے والد مجھے میرا فارم ”ب“ دیدیں تاکہ میں اپنی تعلیم جاری رکھ سکوں‘ جب تک میرے پاس میرا ب فارم نہیں ہو گا تعلیم نہیں حاصل کر پاؤں‘ میں سٹار ویلفیئر آرگنائزیشن حواء شیلٹر ہوم (پناہ گاہ) میں بہت خوش ہوں‘ سیٹلائٹ ٹاؤن پولیس نے میرے ساتھ بہت تعاون کیا اور مجھے یہاں داخل کروا گئے ہیں۔ میں جینا چاہتا ہوں‘ تعلیم حاصل کرنا چاہتا ہوں‘ میں کب تک در بدر بھٹکتا رہوں گا۔ اگر کسی کو میرے بارے میں پتہ چلے تو میرے وارثان کو اطلاع دی جائے۔ خدمت گا ر بابامحمد شفیق ڈوگر نے کہا ہے کہ اس پوسٹ کو ملتان اور گردونواح میں زیادہ سے زیادہ شیئر کریں تاکہ اس کے وارثان مل سکیں۔ اس بچے کے پاس اپنے وارثان کا کوئی فون نمبر نہیں ہے‘ جب تک اس کے وارثان مل نہیں جاتے یہ حواء شیلٹر ہوم (پناہ گاہ) میں داخل ہے‘ ہم اس کی تعلیم کیلئے بھی اقدامات کر رہے ہیں اور اس کو تمام بنیادی سہولیات بھی یہاں فراہم کی جارہی ہیں
