Police Station Satellite Town and Star Welfare Organization’s Joint Efforts Lead to the Safe Reunion of a Missing Child with His Family
Muhammad Zulqarnain, son of Muhammad Mohsin Abbas, a resident of Khushab, was found without a guardian by the Satellite Town Police Station, Sargodha.
On March 27, 2026, an approximately 10–11-year-old boy named Muhammad Zulqarnain, son of Muhammad Mohsin Abbas, a resident of Khushab, was found by the Satellite Town Police Station, Sargodha, without any family member or guardian. ASI Muhammad Arshad made considerable efforts to obtain information from the child regarding his parents and relatives. The child was subsequently brought to the Hawa Shelter Home (Shelter) of Star Welfare Organization.
ASI Muhammad Arshad informed the management that the child was unaccompanied and that efforts were being made to locate his family. He requested that the child be admitted to the Hawa Shelter Home until his family could be traced.
The President of Star Welfare Organization and Hawa Shelter Home, Khidmatgar Baba Muhammad Shafiq Dogar, admitted the child to the institution and assured the authorities that Star Welfare Organization would take responsibility for the child’s care and welfare until his family was found. He also told ASI Muhammad Arshad that the entire Star Welfare Organization team would make every possible effort to trace the child’s family and reunite him with his relatives as soon as they were located.
The social media team of Star Welfare Organization’s Hawa Shelter Home circulated information about the missing child on social media and also informed Punjab Safe Cities Authority. As a result of these efforts, on March 28, 2026, the child’s mother contacted Star Welfare Organization’s Hawa Shelter Home and arrived at the office.
Upon meeting, the child recognized his mother, and the mother also identified her son. After completing the necessary procedures, the child was safely handed over to his mother.
On this occasion, Khidmatgar Baba Muhammad Shafiq Dogar stated that parents should pay special attention to their children and keep a close watch on their activities. He said that reports of missing children are being received frequently, which is a matter of serious concern for the entire society.
He appealed to the general public that if anyone finds a child in their surroundings who is crying, distressed, or appears to be without a guardian, they should immediately contact the relevant police station or the office of Star Welfare Organization so that such missing children can be safely reunited with their families.

محمد ذوالقرنین ولد محمد محسن عباس سکنہ خوشاب پولیس تھانہ سیٹلائٹ ٹاؤن سرگودہا کو لا وارث ملا اے ایس آئی محمد ارشد نے بچے کو سٹار ویلفیئر آرگنائزیشن حواء شیلٹر ہوم (پناہ گاہ) میں داخل کروا گیا سٹار ویلفیئر آرگنائزیشن کی ٹیم نے بچے کی گمشدگی کی اطلاع سوشل میڈیا پر وائرل کر دی اور بچے کی ماں مل گئی سٹار ویلفیئر کے آفس میں ماں نے بچے کو پہچان لیا اور بچے نے ماں کو پہچان لیا‘ بچہ ماں کے حوالے کر دیا گیا ایک بچہ جس کا نام محمد ذوالقرنین ولد محمد محسن عباس بعمر تقریباً 10-11 سال سکنہ خوشاب کا رہائشی ہے پولیس تھانہ سیٹلائٹ ٹاؤن سرگودہا کو مورخہ 27-3-2026کولا وارث ملا۔ اے ایس آئی محمد ارشد نے بچے سے اس کے وارثان کے بارے میں کافی پوچھ گچھ کی جس کے بعد اس بچے کو سٹار ویلفیئر آرگنائزیشن حواء شیلٹر ہوم (پناہ گاہ) لے کر آ گئے۔ جہاں پر اے ایس آئی نے بتایا کہ یہ بچہ لا وارث ہے‘ اس کے وارثان کی تلاش جاری ہے لہذا جب تک اس کے وارثان مل نہیں جا تے اس کو حواء شیلٹر ہوم (پناہ گاہ) میں داخل کیا جائے جس کے بعد صدر سٹار ویلفیئر آرگنائزیشن حواء شیلٹر ہوم(پناہ گاہ) خدمت گار بابا محمد شفیق ڈوگر نے اس بچے کو ادارے میں داخل کر لیا اور کہا کہ جب تک اس بچے کے وارثان مل نہیں جاتے اس بچے کی کفالت سٹار ویلفیئر آرگنائزیشن کریگی۔ انہوں نے اے ایس آئی محمد ارشدسے گفتگو کر تے ہوئے کہا کہ سٹار ویلفیئر آرگنائزیشن کی پوری ٹیم اس کے وارثان کو تلاش کریگی اور ملنے پر اس بچے کو وارثان کے حوالے کر دیگی۔ سٹار ویلفیئر آرگنائزیشن حواء شیلٹر ہوم (پناہ گاہ) کی سوشل میڈیا ٹیم نے اس بچے کی گمشدگی کی اطلاع سوشل میڈیا پر وائرل کی اورپنجاب سیف سٹی کو بھی اطلاع کی جس کے بعد مورخہ 28-3-2026ء کو اس بچے کی والدہ نے سٹار ویلفیئر آرگنائزیشن حواء شیلٹر ہوم (پناہ گاہ) سے رابطہ کیا اور آفس میں آ گئی جہاں پر بچے نے اپنی ماں کو پہچان لیا اور ماں نے اپنے بچے کو پہچان لیا۔ ضروری کاروائی کے بعد اس بچے کو اس کی ماں کے حوالے کر دیا گیا۔ اس موقع پر خدمت گا ر بابا محمد شفیق ڈوگر نے بتایا کہ والدین کو چاہئے کہ وہ اپنے بچوں پر خصوصی توجہ دیں‘ بچوں کی ہر سرگرمی پر نظررکھنا والدین کا فرض ہے‘ آئے روز بے شمار بچوں کی گمشدگی کی اطلاعات موصول ہو رہی ہیں جو کہ پورے معاشرے کیلئے لمحہ فکریہ ہیں‘ عوام الناس سے یہ اپیل ہے کہ اگر آپ اپنے اردگرد کسی بچے کو روتا ہوا‘ پریشان اور لا وارث دیکھیں تو فوری متعلقہ تھانہ یا سٹار ویلفیئر آرگنائزیشن کے آفس میں رابطہ کریں تاکہ یہ گمشدہ بچے اپنے لواحقین تک پہنچ سکیں۔
