Statement of Rifaat Batool: They say that they have been married for about 17/18 years and during this time three children were born. 1 eldest son Shahzeb is about 14 years old and is a student of class 9. 2 daughter Rukhsana is about 13 years old and is studying in class 5. 3 daughter Hureen Fatima is about 9 years old and is studying in class 2. The fight has been going on for three years, but now it has reached its peak. I was beaten, tortured, tortured the children, and my son was attacked with an axe. He barely saved his life. There were 4 brothers-in-law including my husband who were involved in the torture. The first number is Ijaz, the second number is Aszar, the third number is Kazim, and the fourth number is Fazal. My son barely called at 15, so the police brought me to the police station in Jhal Chakian. There, the police said, "Go to the shelter home yourself, we cannot leave you." In this way, I myself have reached here with my three children and have survived. My three children are with me. There are also those who will stay with me. The reason is that my husband has an illicit relationship with his sister-in-law, which I forbid my husband from, but he does not forbid it, due to which our domestic situation is always bad. Now I want to file a claim in the family court. I cannot live with my husband, so the institution should spot me and provide me with shelter, food, medicine, legal aid, etc. A claim for my divorce should be filed. Action should be taken against my husband and all four brothers-in-law. Legal action should be taken against all of them who attacked my son with an axe.

بیان رفعت بتول: ان کا کہنا ہے شادی کو تقریباً 17/18 سال ہو چکے ہیں اس دوران تین بچے پیدا ہوئے
  بڑا بیٹا شاہ زیب عمر تقریبا   14 سال نہم کلاس کا طالب علم ہے   2  بیٹی رخسانہ  عمر تقریباً 13 سال  پانچویں کلاس میں پڑھتی ہے  3   بیٹی حورین فاطمہ عمر یقریباً ً 9 سال  دوسری کلاس میں پڑھتی ہے تین سال سے لڑائی ہورہی ہے مگر اب تو بات انتہا کو پہنچ چکی ہے مجھے مارا پیٹا تشدد کیا بچوں پر تشدد کیا ،میرے بیٹے پر کلہاڑی سے قاتلانہ حملہ کیا مشکل سے جان بچائی تشدد کرنے میں شوہر سمیت 4 دیور تھے جن کے نام درج ذیل ہیں   پہلا نمبراعجاز  دوسرانمبر اصضر   تیسرا نمبرکاظم  چوتھا نمبر فضل شامل ہیں  
میرے بیٹے نے بمشکل 15 پر کال چلائی تو پولیس تھانہ جھال چکیاں مجھے تھانے لائی تو وہاں پولیس نے کہا خود ہی شیلٹر ہوم چلی جاو ہم آپ کو نہیں چھوڑ سکتے اس طرح میں خود اپنے تینوں بچوں کو لے کر بچتے بچاتے یہاں تک پہنچی ہوں میرے ساتھ میرے تین بچے بھی ہیں جو کہ میرے ساتھ ہی رہیں گے ۔

وجہ عنات یہ ہے کہ میرے شوہر کے اپنے بھابھی کے ساتھ ناجائز تعلقات ہیں جس پر میں اپنے شوہر کو منع کرتی ہوں مگر وہ منع نہیں ہوتے جس کی وجہ سے ہمارے گھریلو حالات ہروقت خراب رہتے ہیں ۔اب میں فیملی کورٹ میں دعویٰ دائر کرنا چاہتی ہوں میں اپنے شوہر کے ساتھ نہیں رہ سکتی لہذا ادارہ مجھے سپوٹ کرئے مجھے شیلٹر فراہم کیا جائے خوراک ،میڈیسن ،لیگل ایڈ،فراہم کی جائے میرا خلع کا دعویٰ دائر کیا جائے ۔میرے شوہر اور چاروں دیوروں کے خلاف کاروائی عمل میں لائی جائے میرے بیٹے پر کلہاڑ ی سے حملہ کیا ان سب کے خلاف قانونی کاروائی عمل میں لائی جائے۔
