ایک خاتون جو کہ چک نمبر 18 شمالی تحصیل بھلوال ضلع سرگودہا کی رہائشی و سکونتی ہے اس خاتون نے بتایا کہ میری عرصہ قبل 20 سال پہلے پسند کی شادی ہوئی والدین کی مرضی سے شادی ہوئی شوہر کھیتی باڑی کا کام کرتے ہیں تین بیٹے ہیں ایک بیٹی ہے شادی کے شروع دن سے میرا شوہر خرچہ نہیں دیتا تھا برداشت کر تی رہی پھر بچے بھی پیدا ہوگے لیکن شوہر کا رویہ وہی رہا مار پیٹ کرنا چھوٹی چھوٹی باتوں پر مارنا اس کا روز کا معمول تھا پہلے اپنے میکے چلی جاتی تھی لیکن میکے بھی کچھ دن رہتی پھر گھر والے واپس بھیج دیتے تھے یہ سلسلہ ایسے ہی چلتا رہا میں جب تک اپنے گھر رہتی میرے تمام اخراجات میرے میکے والے کرتے اس سے بھی میرے شوہر ناراض ہو کر مجھے مارتے تھے کہہ تم میری بے عیزتی کرواتی ہو خود بھی خرچہ نہ دینا روز کی مار سے تنگ آ کر میں خود کشی کرنے لگی تھی پھر سوچا یہ تو حرام کی موت ہے اس لئےآج بھی میرے شوہر نے بہت زیادہ مارا میں روز کی مار نہیں کھا سکتی میں آپ کے ادارے میں آ گئی ہوں مجھے شیلٹر فراہم کیا جائے ۔اگر میرے شوہر آئے تو صلح ایک ہی صورت میں کرونگی وہ مجھے ماہانہ خرچ دیں گے میرے بچوں کی تمام ضروریات کا خیال رکھیں گے تب ہی صلح کرونگی ورنہ ساری زندگی شلیٹر ہوم میں گزار دونگی ۔
