Both sisters had therefore arranged a small rented room for their mother in Rehmanpura at a monthly rent of Rs. 1,500, where they provided her with accommodation. Both daughters also visited their mother during the day.The wives of both sons were not willing to have their mother-in-law live in their homes. Due to their respective household responsibilities and personal circumstances, all the siblings felt helpless and unable to provide their mother with the care and accommodation she needed. Therefore, they requested that Rasulaan Bibi be admitted to Star Welfare Organization.Rasulaan Bibi’s family is originally from the Chokera area of Sargodha. They stated that, traditionally, the responsibility of caring for an elderly mother is considered to rest primarily with her sons, but due to the pressures of their married and household lives, the sons were unable to keep their mother with them.In response to the family’s circumstances, Star Welfare Organization, in accordance with its humanitarian and welfare mission, admitted Rasulaan Bibi to the organization. She is being provided with all essential facilities and necessities of life. In addition, arrangements are also being made for the treatment of her injured leg.
