- Identifying gaps and shortcomings in service delivery within Social Welfare Department institutions.
- Engaging Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) for targeted collaboration and support.
- Expanding NGO networking for coordinated and effective interventions.
- Establishing a Provincial NGO Working Group under the leadership of the Social Welfare Department.
- Strengthening the capacity of NGOs and Civil Society Organizations (CSOs).
