Star Welfare Organization Continues Its Mission Under Clause No. (4) of Its Constitution: Welfare of Patients, Medical Treatment, and Appropriate Assistance
A Successful Recovery
Tayyab, son of Zulfiqar Jafri, approximately 14 years old and a resident of Lahore, was brought to Star Welfare Organization by his maternal grandmother and maternal aunt. They explained that he had left school and had become addicted to ice (crystal methamphetamine). They expressed their distress over his condition and requested the organization to provide him with treatment.
After receiving six months of treatment at the institution, Tayyab recovered successfully and finally broke free from the curse of drug addiction. His maternal grandmother and aunt expressed their heartfelt gratitude and offered prayers for the institution before taking him home with them.

نام طیب ولد ذوالفقار جعفری سکنہ لاہور عمرتقریباً 14 سال ہے طیب 5 جماعتیں پاس ہے‘ MLE کالج لاہور کا رہائشی ہے عرصہ 2 سال سے غلط سوسائٹی میں بیٹھ کر آئس پینا شروع کی‘طیب کو لیکر اسکی نانی اور خالہ ادارے میں آ گئے اور بتایا کہ طیب نشے کیلئے پیسے کبھی خالہ کبھی کزن‘کبھی پھوپھوسے لے لیتا تھا‘ ہر وقت نشے میں دھت رہنا‘ کوئی کام نہ کرنا‘ چھوٹے بہن بھائیوں کو مارتا پیٹتا ہے‘ طیب 2 بھائی اور 2 بہنیں ہیں۔ طیب اپنے گھر کئی کئی دن نہیں آتا، کبھی پھوپھو کے گھر اور کبھی خالہ کے گھر رہتا ہے۔ 14 سال کی عمر میں اس نے اپنے کزنوں کے پاس چلے جانا دوستوں کے ساتھ رہنا پورے گھر والوں کو اس نے ستایا ہوا ہے‘اس کو ادارے میں داخل کیا جائے اور اس کا علاج کیا جائے‘ جس کے بعد طیب کا ادارے میں 4 ماہ علاج کیا جائے اور طیب صحت یاب ہو گیا‘ اس کی نانی اور خالہ ادارے میں آئے اور اپنے صحت مند بچے کو لیکر چلے گئے‘ جاتے ہوئے انہوں نے سٹار ویلفیئر آرگنائزیشن کی ٹیم کا شکریہ ادا کیا اور ڈھیروں دعائیں دی۔
