A woman from Lalian, Sargodha, visited Star Welfare Organization with her brother. She explained that her brother, Shoaib, approximately 40–45 years old, is unmarried. He became addicted to cannabis while working as a laborer at the Grain Market with his friends. Over time, his addiction gradually worsened.
He is now unable to work and spends most of his time using drugs and remaining idle. The family requested that he be admitted to Star Welfare Organization for treatment and rehabilitation.
Following the request, Shoaib was admitted to Star Welfare Organization, and his treatment has been initiated.
