My name is Amna, wife of Raza Abbas, belonging to the Pathan community and a resident of Islam Pura.
I was married to Raza Abbas, but after I suffered a stroke and became paralyzed, I obtained a divorce from him. I have no children. After my divorce, I lived with my siblings.
Nine years later, I married Haji Munir Akhtar, a resident of Block No. 17, Jauharabad. He had seen me in my condition and accepted me despite my illness. His children also appeared to accept me. He promised that he would arrange my medical treatment and bear all my expenses. It seemed like a story from a movie or drama, where everything appears beautiful and promising. However, the reality turned out to be entirely different.
Just one month after our marriage, my husband's attitude towards me changed. He began saying that I was paralyzed and that his relatives and children were taunting him because of me. Although he had children of his own, I always treated them with the love and care of a mother. Despite my sincere efforts, they never accepted me.
Eventually, my husband took me back to my sister's house in Sargodha and abandoned me outside. He told me, "From today onward, you are forbidden to me. You are free from my side, and I have no relationship with you anymore. Do not contact me again."
I pleaded with him repeatedly, asking him to at least provide me with two meals a day. I told him that I would remain quietly in a corner and would not claim anything else from him. I only requested that he provide me with food for the sake of Allah. I was worried about what my sister and brother-in-law would think of my situation.
However, he refused, saying, "You can get two meals a day from anywhere. I can no longer provide you with food. I have already made up my mind, and I am leaving you."
Helpless and distressed, I remained standing on the roadside before eventually reaching my sister's home. I explained everything that had happened to her. She also expressed her displeasure and called me unfortunate. Within a few days, her attitude towards me changed as well. My sister's children also began taunting me.
Having nowhere else to go, I eventually sought refuge at a madrassa in Kot Fareed, where children were studying. The people there contacted Star Welfare Organization and explained my circumstances.
I then approached Star Welfare Organization and explained my situation. I requested accommodation and asked the organization to help me pursue any legal case that might be appropriate. I need shelter, food, essential daily necessities, and assistance with my medical expenses, as I require regular medication. I have no one who can bear these expenses for me.
Anyone who wishes to help me as an act of kindness for the sake of Allah is welcome to do so.
I am suffering from paralysis, and I have now decided to spend the remainder of my life at Star Welfare Organization.
My sister still lives with the Mirza Mughal family. She also has a hearing difficulty, but she is helpless in front of her husband and children and cannot stand up for me.
I am now seeking shelter, care, dignity, and support so that I can live the rest of my life in peace.

میرا نام آمنہ زوجہ رضا عباس قوم پٹھان سکنہ اسلام پورہ کی رہائشی ہوں۔ میری شادی ہوئی۔ مجھے فالج ہوا میرا پہلا خاوند رضا عباس سے میں نے طلاق کی ہوئی تھی طلاق لی ہوئی تھی، میری کوئی اولاد نہ ہے اپنے بہن بھائیوں کے پاس رہی پھر 9 سال بعد میری دوسری شادی ہمراہ حاجی منیر اختر بلاک نمبر 17 جوہر آباد سے ہوئی۔ انہوں نے پہلے مجھے بیمار کو دیکھا پسند کیا اس کے بچوں نے بھی پسند کیا اس نے کہا کہ ہم آپ کا علاج بھی کروائیں گے اور پھر کے تمام اخراجات برداشت کرینگے مگر یہ ویسے ہی تھا جیسے آپ نے فلمیں ہے ے فلمیں یا ڈرامے دیکھ کر سٹوری دیکھی ہوگی۔ حقیقت میں جب شادی ہوئی تو ایک ماہ بعد ہی میرے خاوند کا رویہ میرے ساتھ بدل گیا۔ اس نے کہا کہ آپ کو فالج ہے میرے رشتے میرے بچے مجھے باتیں کرتے ہیں۔ حالانکہ اس کے بچے تھے میں تو گھر میں ان کے ساتھ ماں جیسا رویہ رکھتی تھی مگر انہوں نے مجھے کسی بھی قیمت پر قبول نہ کیا اور میرا خاوند مجھے دوبارہ میری بہن کے سرگودہا میں گھر کے باہر چھوڑ کر چلا گیا اور کہا کہ آج کے بعد تم میرے اوپر حرام ہو تم میری طرف سے آزاد ہو میرا آج کے بعد تم سے کوئی رشتہ نہ ہے۔ نہ ہی مجھ سے تم نے رابطہ کرتا ہے۔ میں نے اس کی بہت منت سماجت کی کہ مجھے دو وقت کی روٹی دیتے رہنا میں تو ایک کونے میں بیٹھی رہتی ہوں، میں تو آپ کی کسی چیز میں کوئی حقدار نہیں ہوں، مجھے صرف اللہ کی رضا کیلئے دو وقت کی روٹی دیتے رہیں، میری بہن اور بہنوئی کیا کہے گا۔ مگر اس نے کہا کہ دو وقت کی روٹی تو تمہیں کہیں بھی مل جائے گی، میں تو اب روٹی تمہیں نہیں دے سکتا، میں تو ذہنی طور پر اپنا ذہن بنا چکا ہوں اور میں نے تمہیں چھوڑ کر ہی جاتا ہے۔ میں مجبور سڑک پر کھڑی رہی، آخر کار میں اپنی بہن کے گھر پہنچی تو ان کو سارے حالات بتائے تو انہوں نے بھی ناراضگی کا اظہار کیا اورمجھے منحوس کہا اور ان کا بھی کچھ دنوں کے اندر رویہ بدل گیا میری بہن کے بچے بھی باتیں کرنے لگے میں پھر کوٹ فرید کے مدرسے میں آگئی، کیونکہ وہ بچوں کا مدرسہ تھا انہوں نے پھر ادارہ سٹار ویلفیئر آرگنا ئزیشن سے آ کر بات کی، مجھے بھی بتایا میں آپ کے پاس آئی ہوں مجھے رہائش چاہئے اگر میرا کوئی کیس دائر کرتا ہے تو وہ بھی دائر کریں، میرا کھانا پینا ضروریات زندگی کی چیزیں مجھے فراہم کی جائیں، میری ادویات آتی ہیں اس لیے میرے کوئی اخراجات نہیں اٹھا سکتا، آپ یا کوئی اللہ کا بندہ میری مدد کرنا چاہے تو کر سکتا ہے۔ مجھے فالج کا مرض ہے۔ اب میں اپنی بقیہ زندگی ادارہ سٹارویلفیئر آرگنا ئزیشن حواء شیلٹر ہوم (پناہ گاہ) میں گزاروں گی۔ میری بہن ابھی بھی مرزا مغل خاندان میں رہتی ہے میری بہن اونچا سنتی ہے مگر میری بہن بھی اپنی اولاد اور خاوند کے آگے بے بس ہے۔
