Journey of a Highly Educated Woman from Addiction and Arrest to Treatment
According to the woman, she has a BSc, Medical education and states that she belongs to a prominent family of Sargodha city.
On 8 May 2026, she was brought to Star Welfare Organization by City Sargodha Police Station. The police reported that the woman had been found abandoned under the bridge adjacent to Dr. Faisal Masood Teaching Hospital, where she was suffering from drug addiction.
She was therefore referred to Star Welfare Organization for admission and free treatment. She was subsequently admitted to the organization, where she is being provided with treatment, food, clothing, and all other basic necessities of life.
